What worked
- Pinterest pins with a “before/after” mockup drove most new traffic.
- Bundling two related templates raised the average order value.
- A free mini-template grew the email list, and email drove a third of sales.
What didn’t
- Paid ads cost more than they earned. Paused for now.
- A “productivity journal” template got zero sales. Lesson: validate with a free version first.
Next month’s plan
- Launch one new template based on reader requests.
- Publish two Pinterest-focused blog posts.
- Test a slightly higher price on the planner bundle.
